Awan has played a central role in strengthening digital learning infrastructure for both International Media Support (IMS) and Journalists for Human Rights (JHR). This included the design and development of dedicated Learning Management Systems (LMSs), mobile-compatible platforms, and extensive libraries of self-paced journalism modules tailored to diverse linguistic and regional contexts.

Alongside platform development, Awan led the production and adaptation of multilingual training modules covering core areas of contemporary journalism - ranging from ethics, safety, and gender representation to data journalism, human rights reporting, verification, and podcast production. 

To ensure consistency and long-term sustainability, Awan also developed comprehensive module design guidelines and workflows, enabling partners to maintain quality while expanding content across languages and regions.
